ohh and i almost fell in the toilet at ish ><'' the floor was lyk slippery cuz the auntie was lyk mopping den i didnt really fall luhhs,but my knee hit the corner of the door..den now blue black and a bit swollen )):

so run 8 round only! xP

den we put the chairs blahss

yeahhs..todae there was some kind of oral thingy at the hall,so we couldent use the hall..as for the ish,volleyball is using..
so we could only use the indoor basketball court hahas..
did more of sprintingss..
run 10 rounds around de outside de basketball court
den went to the indoor basketball court to do some sprintings..
after that we went to the gym until 5+
den we went bak to the indoor basketball court to plae..
but we didnt get to plae much...we did some nettings..thats all..
I WAN PLAE!! RAWRSS. hahas..but nbm ((: hope next training will be better hahas..[as in more fun/more games~]

den after that is plae match WEEE~~ xP
but b4 that Coach choose the ppl to plae single at the badminton competition(for the whole skul dehhs) den as for the gurls,coach call Miao Rui Jolynn Agnes Fazirah(sorrie if i spelled wrong ><) and Me.
but most of us wan to plae doubles LOLS.
yeahhs nbm.so the first round Coach sae me and Jolynn plae..
then i lost hahas,22-20 must buck up liaoss xP
den i forget who plae the next game so forward forward
den later i plae with Agnes,i won 21-15
den forward!!
when training ending soon,coach ask us to plae doubles, den he sae Me and Jolynn one team, Miao Rui and Fazirah one team then we won,21-11 i tink.
den after training,we went old parade square plae badminton then went home xP~

then is lyk we got 11 gurls mahhs, den we all plae singles.
we have 2 courtss[as in for gurls] so we divided into 5 and 6.
so in my court,there is Me,Esther,Shi Yu,Vanessa and Jolynn(:
we all lost to Vanessa LOLS!!
is lyk the starting Jolynn go first..
and she scored 2..
Vanessa won 11-2!!! then coach was lyk ..... LOLS.
den Esther turn. then the starting she scored 1. den coach tell Jolynn see she score so fast.[something lyk that de] den later,
when the game end..
Esther scored 1!!!! =X LOLS
Vanessa won 11-1 xP
